Stephanie Baker (yes, that’s her real name) graduated with honors from the Comprehensive Program for Baking and Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America
in Hyde Park, NY in 1992 .
Working in a myriad of culinary venues ranging from large hotels and landmark restaurants to intimate pastry shops and catering facilities, she has spent years perfecting her recipes and honing her delicate skills.
Throughout her professional career, her love for things of beauty and the delight of creating happiness have always contributed to her passion for making beautiful and delicious desserts.
